Who we are

What we collect

Calendly bookings — name, email, business details you provide when scheduling a call.
Direct contact — anything you send to us by email or phone.
Server logs — IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
Marketing measurement — Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and Calendly session cookies, used to attribute campaigns and ensure the booking widget works.

Why we collect it

We process this data to perform the contract you request (the intake call and any follow-up), on the basis of legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, marketing analytics) and consent (Meta Pixel and analytics cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Lead data: 24 months unless you become a client.
Contract and invoicing data: 7 years (Dutch tax law).
Server logs: 90 days.

Who we share it with

Sub-processors used to deliver our services: Calendly (US, SCC), Meta (US, SCC), Google Workspace (US, SCC) and Vercel (US, SCC). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) with appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email info@advancemedia.nl with subject “GDPR request” — we respond within 30 days.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
